Mr. Rajeshwar Reddy is an expert in Education and IT sector, with several years of valuable management experience.
He received a quality education and pursued higher education, thanks to the excellent guidance and mentorship from his family. It instilled in him a love of learning and a deep sense of responsibility to use his education to make the world a better place. With their guidance, he pursued higher education and eventually landed a job as a software engineer.
But despite his success, he couldn’t shake the feeling that something was missing. He began to realize that good education wasn’t just about grades and test scores, but about instilling principles, morals, and values in students. Without these, he feared, education could cause more harm than good.
So he set out to make a difference. He poured his energy and expertise into the education sector, working tirelessly to promote a holistic approach to teaching and learning.
Years passed, and his reputation as an education expert grew. But in his heart, he knew that there was still work to be done. He continued to search for new ways to improve education, always looking for new opportunities to make a difference.
He understands and values the power of early childhood years as they are the foundational and crucial years of anyone’s life. He wondered why our little kids cannot enjoy every nuance of childhood while being educated and future-ready.
For him, the journey to improve education was far from over. But with his passion, expertise, and unwavering determination, he knew that anything was possible. With this in mind, he has engaged with the new school venture, “Bachpan Play School in Shamshabad,” with the broad aim of redefining formal education and promoting international understanding through it. It focuses on the holistic and mindful development of a child equipping them with professionally trained educators who strive to provide personalised education with a warm and amicable environment to cater to the needs of a child.

Mrs. Haritha Reddy had always been fascinated with the power of education. From a young age, she was intrigued by the way knowledge could transform lives, open doors, and lead to greater opportunities. As she grew older, she decided to dedicate her life to the field of education, working tirelessly to ensure that every child had access to high-quality learning.
Over the course of a decade, she worked in various capacities within the education system, from teaching to administration. She witnessed firsthand the transformative power of education, as children grew and developed under her guidance. But she also saw the challenges and obstacles that stood in the way of providing equitable education for all.
Despite these challenges, she remained committed to her mission. She believed that the best gift anyone could receive was quality education, and she worked tirelessly to make that gift a reality for as many children as possible.
As she approached her tenth year in the field, she began to reflect on all that she had accomplished, and all that still lay ahead. She knew that the journey she had chosen was a never-ending one, full of challenges and triumphs, setbacks and breakthroughs.
And yet, she couldn’t help but feel that she was exactly where she was meant to be, doing exactly what she was meant to do. For her, the pursuit of quality education was not just a job, but a passion – a calling that had captured her heart and soul, and would continue to guide her for many years to come.
Bachpan came into existence because of her passion along with our chairman and managing director and other educationists and is the reflection that never ceases to amaze its stakeholders and our education community. It provides high-quality education with all the facilities required and it keeps changing and growing parallelly to the ever-changing world to be at par with present and equips learners with all they need to be futuristic.
